Mitek 20/20 Perfect Vision Software
The Perfect Vision design software reduces errors and waste. It increases production and quality to its highest levels.

MiTek Cyber A/T
The Cyber Advance Technology saw is computer controlled and fast, accurate and fully integrated with the design software.

TCT WebSaw
This single-blade web cutting saw is totally enclosed and its in-line marking system marks the cut boards before it moves to the next phase.

Mitek FloorTracker
The outstanding performance of this floor truss roller press offers great production accuracy and speed. The Mitek Floor Tracker is reliable and safe to operate.

TrussStackers
This offers a secure way to store the end product in a safe way with little need for extra space. It also minimizes the possibility of damaging your valuable end product.

TrussLine
The best way to avoid errors and produce accurate trusses. The TrussLine laser projection system has become a crucial part in the truss manufacturing.

Truss making is a high tech business. At B&R Truss we use the very latest technology from the best suppliers to make trusses of superb quality. On the right is an overview of our equipment. The images and text below reflect the process from start to finish.
 
Work prep. Discussing the project, the team ensures no surprises will come up later on.
 
Computer controlled drawings give the option to view details or 3D models. It is all part of our way of checking each aspect of the project.
 
Sawing. The CYBER A/T cutter is fully automated and computer driven. Results: better accuracy, fewer errors and more safety.
 
Safety first. All our machines have easy access for a fast shut down for emergencies.
 
Laser projection. With the introduction of laser projection the truss manufacturing is now far more accurate then before. The benefactors of this technology are the builders and home owners.
 
Accurate truss production. All that needs to be done is line the joints and plates up to the red laser lights.
 
RoofTracker makes sure that all joints are strong, solid and accurate.
 
RailRider. B&R Truss has one of the few RailRiders in the Greater St. Louis area. Again speed and accuracy are ensured for floor trusses and Posi-Struts.
 
TrussStackers. This equipment can stack trusses faster and safer than hand stacking. And from here it is a small step to move the truss to a truck and the building site.
